Ours is an Italian caviar born from the search for perfection and produced on a sustainable and certified fish farm. It offers an experience of authenticity and taste.

Connoisseurs appreciate our caviar because it is processed according to the traditional Russian method called “Malossol”, which means “low salt content.” This technique allows us to enhance the differences between the different species and the various types of caviar, leaving nature itself to express its biodiversity.

From Almas Beluga caviar — the most prized and rarest caviar in the world — to Beluga, through Oscietra, and up to Siberian, we propose an excellent offering.

BOTTARGA CAVIAR

This unique presentation of edible caviar can be grated, cut into flakes or sliced into very fine round strips to give a touch of prestige and refinement to every dish. Made of 100% pure caviar that is aged for approximately 2 months, each caviar cigar is produced by hand in an entirely artisanal process, making each one unique. This process ensures that each “cigar” retains its sensory characteristics and enhances its unmistakable flavor in risottos, purees and hot second courses.
